Land acquired by Municipal corporation under town planning

Namaatey Sir, Our 1.53 hectare agriculture land is acquired by local Municipality of Jalgaon Maharashtra under Town planning. According to my father this land has been reserved from last 20 years and Municipal authority never approached us for taking it. Can we file case against them Municipality because we only have that much land my uncle and father both have their name on 7/12 . Please guide me ...They change Reservation several times such as for Play ground, Hospital, Garden, Compost depot. Etc. Municipality is not capable of taking our land as market price are high and it comes in 3km circle from main city.
