Mediation and order for section 9a of cpc

Hello to all

In a Civil Suit where I am the plaintiff, the defendent has raised the Section 9a of CPC issues.

It has been argued and I am waiting for the orders for the past 5 dates received from the court. The next date is on 5th May.

I took NOC from my exisiting Advocate so that I have some freedom of communication to start the settlement process.

I attended a MEdiation Awareness program conducted by the City CIVIL court and was very much convinced by the role play enacted there.

I told the judge that I want to go for mediation. But the defendants advocate said, let us wait for order pertaining to  section 9A of CPC

The areas of concern are that

a)If I go for mediation before order of Section 9a is passed , then will I get a decree post mediation

b)Currently I have taken NOC from my current advocate but the Vakalatnama is not changed.I  will hire a next advocate only based on Order of section 9a, therefore can a case be brought in mediation stage based on the plaintiff's decision without any signature from the advocate
