hi...my mother name has been written as"S. VIJAYA" in my birth certificate whereas its actually "S. VIJAYA LAXMI" in her voter id, aadhar, passport, pan card and also the correct name in my siblings birth certificates. its written wrongly in my birth certificate only...when i applied for my passport, they dint accept my birth certificate as i had written "S. VIJAYA LAXMI" in my application whereas my birth certificate says only "S. VIJAYA" they later on edited my application and changed my mother name in passport application to what's written in my birth certificate..but the prob here is my all other certificates and documents have "S. VIJAYA LAXMI" as my mother name and only my passport as "S. VIJAYA"...my passport issue has been delayed due to certain reasons and now 'm worried if this difference will pose any prob as my mother's passport also has the correct name...how can i change the mother name in my birth certificate? what all documents are needed? please someone clarify..
