Property

Hi,

i m just buy new property at thane .

ragistration and stampduty is done date 2/04/16

but society is not issue the NOC FOR LOAN PURPOSE

SOCIETY REFUSE THE NOC THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO

PLZ SUGGEST .

Sir, Society can issue NOC only after its registration. You may approach the builder/seller for help. Good Luck, Kishor Mehta

u issue a legal Notice to the society asking why they cannot issue the NOC, let them be specific then would be caught by their own very sanare; as

ask them to furnish the reasons as banks need the reason in black and white.

1) sir for new property there is no question of Society NOC.

2) You must be certain about the fact so that expert will give you proper guidance.

3) In ur case if we consider that society is there then if it not issuing NOC then it must be clear that there were certain due pending on the flat which you have purchased.

4) U require loan in order to complete ur transaction there for give simple application to the society and requesting them to issue NOC. In that application u must mentioned ur purpose for this NOC.

5) The society will state the reason why it was not issuing NOC. Then told to seller or builder to comply it. After that society will definately issue NOC.
