What will an employee be paid during his two years probatiom in Rajasthan state govt, if hr joined a higher grade pay post in the state govt after technically resigning from a lower grade pay post in central govt of India, keeping in mind that the usual freshly appointed employees in the same post of state govt will get a 'fixed' salary for and during the probational period of two years. That fixed salary is way less than what the central govt employee earns at present, and it will cause great monetary cause to him if he was to receive the fixed salary for two years. Also it does not go with promise of Pay Protection as covered in Technical Resignation. Kindly shed light on this.
