Role of introducer in bail procedure

Hello Everyone,

I want to know the role of introducer in bailing procedure. A certain lawyer said to me that they are not liable for any furthur enquiry if the bailed person absconds at a future date. How true is that? If they are indeed liable, what kind of actions may be taken against them.

IT is sorry to say that seurity is not liable in fact he is but liability is based on gravity of offence and circumstances under which seurity can not produce accused (on bail) in Court of law
