Kindly help me in the following matter:-
A goverenment notification was issued and many people were beneficiary of it including me. The said notification was challenged in The High Court and it was quashed. I was though the beneficary of the said notifcation but was not the party tothe suit in which the said notifcation was challenged and consquently got quashed. Now I am aggreived by the quashing. I want to File a LPA. Can I do so? Even though I was not the party to the writ, can I challenge that in a LPA? If yes, how and if no then why?
