Remedies available to tenants if l a terminated in 1 month

I have taken a Flat on rent for residential purpose at Mumbai location . Its registered agreement for 33 months, with 1 month notice to terminate the agreement. After just 1 months landlord want to sell the property. I was not knowing the landlord's intention that he will sell the property so soon . What can i do in this case? I have been told that after the Lease Agreement registration date, for such termination of Agreeement adequate compensation required to be paid by the landlord. What about the losses, including brokerage charge equal to one month rent for a lease period of 11 months in Mumbai. In this case as we came into direct contact through known friend so didn't pay any brokerage. What about such losses i will suffer in case i have leaved the Flat so soon. What are remedies vailable to tenants in such cases?

If he is doing everything in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement you can't do anything about it.
