Dear All,

This is Ganesh from Tirunelveil, recently i have filed a case GWOP against my wife; requesting for child custody of my 9 years daughter

Case status: - got numbered, waiting for response petition

But, now i hear from my friends and relative that, that my wife planning to take my daughter somewhere out of INDIA

Could you please advise me, how i can stop them legally and ask them to surrender their passport.

Your early advice shall be highly appreciated.

Obtain stay order from the court to stop her from taking the child abroad

Thank you Mr. Saravanan, for your prompt reply, could you please advise me what step I can take legally to avoid their travel to abroad, since my case is initial stage, the next date for hearing is 29th March to respond
