Can restitution of conjugal rights be filed twice in court if wife refused to come after filing sec 9 first time.in india please let me know if it is possible

Yes that can be filled as after agreeing to resume conjugal relationship if one spouse refuse or avoid to do so it gives raise to new ground for filling fresh petition for RCR.

Court can award RCR but cannot compel the other party to resume marital life.Its only an award but not an order.Hence filling again will have the same result for the reluctant wife to join U.
