My wife fill 328,342 case against me.she has medical proof&false witness but she has no fir.in her petition she says that our d.v. case is on court.for mediation we went to a lonely place where i give her a coldrink from my beg.after that her father & a person took her to hospital.no fir written by police so she went to coury.what i can do the case is now on enquiry
