Obc status of married woman

my parents income is 60,000 per annum belonging to agricultrure family. married to salaried employee earning 7.5 lakh per annum. both parents and husband belong to vokkaliga 3a community(obc list both centre and karnataka state). can i claim reservation under obc for UPSC and KPSC exams
