Cash withdrawl - cooperative society

In a cooperative society if there is a fraudulent Cash withdrawal and later the money is recovered / refunded what is the course of action which can be taken on member.

1. The matter should be closed amicably in that case when the money is recovered.

2. The member should be adequately warned as not to repeat such acts.

3. The member should give a letter of apology.
