Hi All, I am looking for an answer related to my excise query . As per recent budget amendment ,branded garments should pay excise . My query is , if an online company selling readymade garments with affixing its label to readymade garments does company needs to pay excise ? Company selling online is purchasing these readymade garments from a small manufacturer who is manufacturing as per the instructions of this online company , does this small manufacturing company needs to pay excise ? I am very much confused and need a quick reply over this query. Thanks in anticipation.
