There is no format of will, it can be even hand written on any paper whether legal or simple. The matter is that it should be got registered, it can made anywhere and can be registered anywhere.

my uncle live at delhi & want to make a will. what he should got to court for will registeration or he can make a will at home through any family member or others person. he is not well & can not walk. how much expenses for making a will.
