one of my friend who is a government servent was areested ny anti corrption cell under section 7 & 13 R/W 13(1) and IPC act 1988 and send to 15 days remand.
can anyone tell what will be the punishment under these sections, whether he can get bail or not

Yes can bail and punishment for the offene is 7 years.

I can get bail by moving an bail application and punishment for the offence is 7 years.
