I S K SEHGAL Prop Of M/s Fair Deal Associates Supplied the Machine to UPTTI Kanpur but the UPTTI not makes the Payment to us as we completed all the things like Installation etc. several time contact them but they are not ready to make the payment then we put the WRITC in Hon'able High Court In 2009 . from till date we are waiting for Judgement but suddenly on 15th Feb 2016 the case was dismissed by High Court . the copy of Judgement is enclosed herewith.
please guide how we get our payment with interest on delay period
