i had booked the flat in navi mumbai in 2013 , paid advance od Rs. 4 Lacs to builder ,i had given the letter to builder for cancellation of booking , agreement was not registered ,
out of the 4 lacs , builder paid 1 lacs but for balance payment he is delaying and saying that the balance money will be refund after sale of the said flat to other customer, not giving any exact date for the repayment
required legal advise for the same
