Dear sir,
I was trapped in adefemation suit U/S 500 IPc in year 2003 , by a unscrupulous person using false and forged documents and also forging my company seal.
However the case was dismissed for lack of evidence in year 2010.
during this course I went through a lot of Hardships and threats , so much so that to this day I have to take medications ,
My question to you sir is, That is it possible to have the Documents investigated by the court after so many years of closing the case, or by the police.
Being a law abiding citizen and believer in right and wrong , i feel i must get the documents investigated and bring the guilty persons to book....who God knows must have made lot of other innocent people thier victims by now.
