File appeal to the Appeallate authority within 30 days fr date of receipt of information and redress the grievance.

Within 30 days of such receipt from PIO file duly tabulated information in first appeal and specifically establish as how you think that the information is false and seek inspection and pray for providing of certified copies- the basis on which such information was provided. You may have to file another RTI Application also depending on circumstances.

The format of expressing your disagreement with PIO may be constructed as follows.

Any remedy under RTI Act can only be should be as stated in RTI Act. So far no one has made such a police complaint, contact an advocate and take up the matter to get the position very clear, if you can provide that those replies are deliberate, malafide and caused loss to you.
