Irctc trying to cheat me.
I booked e-ticket from chennai to pune on nov 23. But due to flood in chennai, train got cancelled. actually they need to initiate the refund automatically for the cancelled trains as per refund rules in irctc. But they didn't initiated. irctc filed the tdr on next day and now the tdr has been rejected because of delay in online tdr filing. Actually i didn't file the tdr. Irctc filed the tdr for the cancelled train. but any how both irctc and indian railway trying to cheat me. So now I want to file a case against irctc and indian railway for cheating me and giving mental pressure to me . I am having all the proofs in my hand. So any one please tell me the procedure to file a case against irctc and get my money back. and help me in getting my money back.
