My brother working as a quality manager in AKR textiles,Tiruppur for last four yrs,Now he would like to resign his job due to management mis -behaviors and also not tell PF details to everyone,so that he take desicion to give resign letter with one month notice Period,but the same was refused by them and he push to continue the work otherwise they plan to spoil his name in surrounding industrial areas.So kindly tell us how to handle this issue legally.Thanking you,
