Please advise what are Registration and Stamp duty (if any) charges for Family settlement deed whereby residential property consisting of 3 floors (flats) in South Delhi jointly owned by a brother and 2 sisters, is divided in individual parts (one flat each) in exclusive ownership of each.
Registration fee is about one percent of the total value of transaction and additional pasting fees of Rs. 100/- also needs to be paid.
Stamp Duty is about 2%
