Double jeopardy

a police station in bangalore ahs filed three FIRs on same subject and same person on different dates . and petitioners and witnesses are same in 3 FIRs. now 3 charge sheets have been filed in all 3 FIRS and trail is ongoing. . one in one court and 2 in another court in same court complex. is this not double jeopardy. what is remedy. what are reference supreme court/ high court judgement that can be relied upon.i request for information from learned members of lawyers club.
