Recently Hindu sucession amendment act 2005 was amended by central government.so my question is in andhra pradesh hindusucession amendment act 1985 was brought by NTR .now in andhra pradesh which law was applicable 1985 or 2005.
shortly which law court will consider 1985 or either 2005.
