I have one litigation plot of 5 acre. at that time my grand father dont have any knowledge about land related laws and documents. but that time Varas nond is done. on 7/12 my grand father name is available. but after that my grand father's brother who knows everything about our land , did ilegal ferfar about vahivat , and put his wife name on 7/12. but my grandfather didnt give any sign, thumb, or any evidencs
to them. that land on 1965 sellout to third party. and now that land having 7-8 owner.
i just want to know that i have any right to fight against them or not?
or i can get benifits of that or not?
