Trade Mark related query

Suppose a product with the name Haseena Rahat Oil is having trademark. Then is it possible to get trademark for Rogan Rahat Oil. If no then please let us know the reason for the same and also what can be alternative way to keep name so that name contains "Rahat" word.

Mr Paraas,

As both the names of the products are different, so you can apply for the trade mark to be registered under the name you want. And it will get registered unless nobody objects the same with justified reasons.

Hi Experts,

Pls provide me a sample NOC, if the Trademark name is based on the name of the applicant or its relatives.

Thanks
