Gift property to wife

I and wife jointly own a constructed property. I would like to gift my ownership to my wife so that she becomes the sole owner of the property. How do I do this and I am based in Tiruvannamalai, Tamilnadu. I require help on this so that my wife will not have any problems in carrying out regular transactions for the property and also enjoy the complete rights as well.

If you have decided to give away your share in the property to your wife, you may execute a registered gift deed in her favor.

For this you may contact a document writer who will prepare a gift deed, read the contents, if satisfied you may proceed with the registration as per the the laid down procedures.
