Arbitrator appointed, what next?

Hello respected members,

My client, a party to an arbitral agreement, has appointed an arbitrator. when am I supposed to file my Claim Statement? Can somebody briefly guide me as to what is the procedure (practical procedure, not what is there in the Act) in arbitration?

Thanks in advance Ld friend(s).

Hi,

If the Arbitrator has been appointed then my Ld Friend please wait for him to send you notice for first appearnce. On the first appearnce the modalities of the Arbitration proceeding shall be chalked out along with arbitration fee and the date on which the claimant should file his claim statement, therefafter counter claim/counter if any...till rejoinder, then affidavit, cross examination of witness and final argument and then the award.
