Injection and stay on property civil

Dear Experts, My mom along with her younger brothers (2) are constructing a house . our neighbor whose is our relative has brought injection order and now stay . he claims that he is not getting sufficient light and air We have left 3 ft space both to the left and right of our house . he has not left any space . but he has left some 10 ft at the back yard and claims that he has insufficient supply of air . What is the procedure to vacate the stay. As there will be tremendous loss of time and money as we have taken loan for construction. Also we have raised a 9 inch wall where he had asked us to build as his wall was not stable. Pls help us how to come out of this case asap.
