Dear Sir/Madam,
i had booked a courier from Trackon Courier company i booked from laxmi nagar delhi ,i booked it in prime time service for my client in srinagar but the courier is not delivered after 30 days and the head office not answering and saying it lost somewhere..it can be like they new the packet is costly and they take it and not update ..what we can do..courier company easily let off by saying we are not responsible from lost packet is it so..why these companies are running if they can't take any responsibility..if we file compaint in court will it will help me get 30000 what my courer cost was..or it will increase expense..are there courier companies liable
