Pre- LITIGATION CASE lok adaalat MTS

Dear all, I had paid all dues and deactivated MTS postpaid connection, still I received bills, and now after 3 years I got a mail telling me to be present in sitting 468/15, in pre LITIGATION CASE in Bangalore, for not paying 1891 Rs, What should I do, and what if I don't ever attend any court or communication, since now I am in ahmedabad. Please help. Thnx
