Adr simulation

Hello All,

I am law student. We have arbitration as a subject. In this theory carries 50 marks and practical 50 marks. We are given 5 case laws related to arbitration and concillation and asked to solve them appropriately.

I am not able do it correctly without help. Can anyone hlep me if i post the question here?
