Another marriage

My wife is considering another marriage proposal he was collecting all the information of the man with him she wants to marry we are not divorced yet I have all proofs that she is looking for another matrimonial proposal is it an offence under any law?

To look for another man for marriage is not illegal. But husband can prove wife is betraying him by keeping relations with another man. Then complaints on grounds of adultery can be made.
