Police verification for govt job

I have been selected for govt job. 2 years there was a non fatal accident and the person had filed a FIR.I pleaded guilty in court and paid fine for it. Now will it be a issue for getting govt job during police verification? If yes, what 'll be the procedure next

Yes if u were found guilty then u can't do government job.
