If the children (minors) are living with the father after divorce, then is the father entitled for the Child Care Leave for the brought up of children. If there has been any judgement or the ruling of any H'nble High Court in India then please let me know the same.

There is no such leave at least as of now. You may wait for the government to take any such decision.
