Hi,
I got married in 11 March 2011 and my wife never stayed with me except after 2-3 days of marriage.
From last 3.5 years she was staying at Laws , and never even contacted me from a while.
Just 30th september 2015, we got a court notice for mediation , all our family members are accused for 307 and 498A.
How to fight this false case ?
Please help , i am attaching FIR copy as well.

with the available proofs that show that her cohabitation with you was not more than a couple of days file a petition for quashing of fir in the high court
