IT companies

Hi All... I am trying to find out how to file a case against any IT company and how to get compensation from them. These IT company HR people are behaving as if no one can question them. So friends, please help me on this. Also if you have had such scenarios please share it. It will be really helpful. Thanks

IT/ITeS/BPO/KPO........... etc are companies that are covered by various laws/enactments.

There are now employee's unions affilliated with trade Unions as well.

Record all interactions (audio/visual0witnessed/minuted)!

What are the real issued that you are facing.
