I was planning to buy a property but when I asked the builder to send me the sale deed for registration I found it to be biased so decided to cancel the booking. Now the issue is that I had already payed the builder 15% plus registration charges. The builder claims to have deposited the franking money and tells me that I can get it reimbursed as per procedure. Can anyone please tell me, will all the money be reimbursed and any terms and conditions attached with it.
