Hi sir/ madam One of my relative is accused of 354d 354 506 of ipc and s.7/8 of POCSA. he is not got bail from trail court first time..then he apply at high court for bail.but first bail at high court is also denied..then now what is option for him..is he is get bail or not???? Then what is d option for him Plz reply me fast Thanking you in advance

The accused is entitled to make a second bail application in the High Court.Go through the below mentioned case:

Ganesh raj vs state of rajasthan and others april 2005.
