I am A MTech Student from Bangalore. I stuck with a problem of Date of Birth Certificate of my sister's daghter who is aged about 6 monthes. while hospital people entering details of my sister and new born baby, did some mistake in the father,s name. instead of entering hemanth kumar D they entered hemath kumar D and sent the documents to government corporate office. after 2 month when we asked the DOB certificate they told that the we had entered the wrong spelling. but i have all documents to show i had entered correctly while admitting my sister to the hospital. i took the xerox of them. by this small mistake my sister and her daghter missed a foreign trip. can we put a case on the hospital since we dint done any mistake? please help me
