Passport issue

Hi,

I am married since 2008 and when my husband made his first passport in 2010 he did not declare that he is married. Now we have to make our daughter's passport for which we have to get our passport re issued with each of the spouses name on the passport.

Can anyone help me if there will be any issues as he had declared marital status as single and will be declaring it as married?

The reason for not declaring married? When was UR passport obtained?

You need to reissue both the passport with marriage certificate declaring your marriage.

There would not be any problem as now you are marri d, not at the time when he got his first passport. At that time, wife/ spouse name on one's passport was not mandatory
