Updation, while previous petition is posted for hearing

This is regarding court procedures for divorce petition.

A divorce petition has been filed and it is posted for hearing(it is not Mutual consent). The respondent is yet to respond to the petition,

In the meanwhile, is it possible to update the events that happened after the date of petition(which are serious in nature), to the court and add to previous petition,

we have to wait for their reply and then only we can update while responding....

Withdraw your application in next date, and give fresh application to avoid future legal problems. Once you give one story you cant change it every now and then, either you have to take back full story and give new story to court in which you have spiced up the story some more. all the best.
