My parents are disowning me but they are threating me that if i marry with the guy whom i want to they will take actons against him and his family. As per them they do not want to me marry to that guy but now they are ready to disown me with the notice in newspaper.
Kindly advice me if they disown me what are the rights they can still utilize if i marry a guy of my own choice against their will after my disownkment from my parents ?????

if you are a major nobody can stop you from marrying the person with whom you wish to live.by disowning you they are just clearing you the way for your marriage.if they trouble you by any means either before or after disowning you then you do according to helping hands advice

It is just emotional outburst and has no relevance. About property, if it is their self acquired,they may or may not give it to you. About ancestral property, you have every right to restrain them from disposing it.
