Procedure of maintenance recovery in crpc 125.

Hi,

I would like to know the procedure in recovery of maintenance under CrPC 125.

I have heard that my wife has filed for execution u/s CrPC 128. I am yet to receive the summon for the same.

I would also like to know that in which condition the court can issue warrant in maintenance case?

Warant issue hua toh pakde mat jaana. andar jaaoge.

If you do not pay the ordered maintenance amount then in the collection petition she may ask the court to process arrest warrant against you for failing to pay the maintenance amount as ordered by court in the said case.

If you will failed to honour the court order for maintenance her , then she will file application for arrest warrant/nbw, and you will be arrested .
