Sale transfer procedure

Advice Needed

I have purchased a resale flat. Paid consideration amount to the seller, got the sale agreement registered at SRO, society transfer initiated, bank loan agreement is registered at SRO and received receipt for the same, utility transfer will be initiated. Is there any procedure pending on my or seller's part to make the transaction complete?

the transaction for sale of immovable property is complete when the payment in full is made and physical possession of the property is handed over...

Rest of the procedures with bank and society may be completed, as per well laid rules of the bank and society.

it is dificult to advice you with out going throug the agreement . but in general after registration of sale deed and obtaining the possession letter transfer will be acompliced.
