I am a Muslim and I gave my ex-wife a talaqnama with two witness in a letter and sent it to my ex-wife through registered post. She acknowledged the letter and replied back saying that she doesn't accept it. I also met the chief qasi and gave him the talaqnama and after three months of time he gave me a talaq certificate. Now my question is as per law is my talaq valid?
