my own brother, who stayed at my uncle home from hic childhood and now my uncle died and my brother had taken legal heir certificate in year 1999 & now he is claiming for my fathers property, i got the copy of legal heir certificate of my brother, my question is he is having any chance of getting another legal heir with us.
plz give me clarity

In my opinion, if your brother had obtained Legal Heirship certificate of his uncle, then he would not be successful in again claiming your father;s property
