Sir, I am selling my flat in kharghar , Navi Mumbai but during CIDCO transfer of ownership to the buyers I have to come to know that my wife name is not present in CIDCO file.My wife name is there in registration documents.I had to do two registration because of loan and I think in final registration I had given mine and my wife name but during CIDCO transfer from builder to us , I might have given only my name.This is only explaination I have deducted because of which the flat is registrated in both of our names but CIDCO records have only my name.
So, now I need to add my wife name in CIDCO records.please state the procedure for this as the agent has no idea about it.
