There is a business of Shopping Complex on Rent .
The deed was a unregistered deed.
Two partners were there having Equal Share i.e 50 % Each.
after one of the partners died , the other partner did not renewed the deed ,
Please guide what are the rights for Legal Hier.
It doesn't matter much that Whether the Deed is Registered or not in the mentioned Case. Now you have to give the Share to Legal Heirs of the Died Partner, either the profits made through the business or other Monetary Value.
